We travel to Colorado during the summer season.  Generally we can expect there to be no snow, and warm days.  The Rockies provide a wide variation in daily temperature.  A strong sun and a clear, still day can result in warm but comfortable temperatures.  Cooler evenings are possible as a result of the elevation.
