Grand Canyon Railway Hotel

Grand Canyon Railway Hotel The Grand Canyon Railway Hotel is conveniently located several blocks from downtown Williams and historic Route 66. It is also a short walk from the train depot—start of the Grand Canyon Railway that travels directly to the South Rim.

The original hotel was built next to the train depot in 1908 as a place for railway travelers to spend the night. The current building was built in 1995 and offers a variety of amenities, including an indoor pool, hot tub, and an exercise room typical of larger hotel chains.

Thunderbird Lodge

Thunderbird Lodge The contemporary Thunderbird Lodge rests on the rim of the Grand Canyon. Rooms feature two queen beds or one king bed, triple sheeted, with in-room coffee, refrigerator, safe, television, telephone, and full bath. The lodge is within easy walking distance of all of our walking trails and of the dining facilities at either El Tovar or Bright Angel Lodge. Elk often graze between the lodge and canyon in the evening, lending a bucolic note to the majestic scene.

April - June 2014 departures stay at the Thunderbird Lodge.

Zion Lodge The historic and charming cabins at Zion Lodge evoke rustic woodland retreats of yesteryear. Zion Lodge is the only accommodation located directly within the national park, and this privilege gives us quick access to some of the most breathtaking walking trails. Dining options in the main lodge include the recently renovated Red Rock Grill, with spectacular views of the magnificent surroundings. Casual, outdoor dining can be had at the Castle Dome Cafe. Each cabin puts the clean mountain air right outside your door and features a full bath, gas log fireplace and private porch. Complimentary WiFi access is available throughout.
