What an amazing trip! Every. Single. Day. somehow topped the next. Food, people, wine, history, biking, architecture, the Adriatic Sea, small seaside towns, countryside, and so much more - which we knew would all be incredible - exceeded expectations at every turn. Simply said, we cannot say enough good things about the experience we had during this trip. The local support (Andre) was awesome; incredibly helpful, always available, and super knowledgeable. Biking was a great way to see the country, and the app made it very easy to navigate around. Routes were thoughtfully laid out, traversing through beautiful backroads, and to quiet towns. Biking with a non-e-bike was a bit challenging given the hilly terrain, but was still a lot of fun. Hotels were great - some super nice, others quaint - and the flights purchased by VBT maybe could have been a little more direct, but they got us where we needed to be, without any unexpected headaches. Overall, we could not recommend this trip any stronger. It will not disappoint.

I don’t even know where to begin to review our time on our self guided bike tour in Croatia. This was our first go at a self guided ride and it could not have gone better first of all our guide Andrej, was excellent. He was right where he should be at every moment, when not with us, he answered any questions we had. He is knowledgeable of the area and especially the history as he is from there, and we felt very lucky to have him. The bikes were excellent. We had enough gear to ride all of the hills, the rides were Varied fun and challenging, some of the most beautiful country I’ve ever ridden in. Thank you, Vbt for an amazing adventure. We can’t wait to travel with you again. PS. Make sure to stay on either before or after your excursion to walk the wall in Dubrovnik!

Great Trip perfect balance between active and relaxing. Loved the bikes, very well maintained and easy to use. Yacht was very new and well maintained. Activites well planned and executed, countyside and water incredibly beautiful. Great way to see the Dalmations

This was an absolutely delightful experience. I am very impressed with VBT's way of supporting the local economy by hiring local guides, and setting up dinners with locals. Our hotels were great, the guides were wonderful, and i learned so much about local culture and history. Our guides, Mario and Neven, are just wonderful people and so helpful fun to be around.

VBT Croatia was a fantastic experience. Our trip exceeded our expectations and my adult son said it was a “trip of a lifetime!” It was a perfect blend of guided and self guided. The guides had great personalities and created a great experience! I loved the variation of experiences, loved the food recommendations, loved the scenery and loved all the group interaction. The guides were very well informed and attentive, the itinerary was just right for experiencing this beautiful place. We were able to accelerate our pace on certain of the walking routes which worked well for some walkers. A great experience overall.

Our knowledgable guides gave me much insight into the history and culture of these two countries while enjoying invigorating hikes and walks along enchanting trails around lakes, through mountains and along scenic gorges. I enjoyed the occasional periods of free time where I could explore the towns on my own which was very easy to do. The citizens are very friendly and welcoming, most everyone speaks English and I always felt safe.

I have been on multiple bicycle and walking adventures and this was one of the best. The guides were exceptional. They were from Croatia and they did a great job leading us on challenging walks every day and, at th4e same time, educating us on their country. The hotels where we stayed were very nice and well located for our walks and for us to spend free time. The morning breakfast and other meals were excellent. I would highly recommend the Croatia - Dalmation Coast Adventure to my friends and anyone who is relatively physically fit. A fantastic adventure!!!

We had a great trip thanks in a large part to our guides and our Croatian hosts! Dani and Dani were a great guiding team, who adapted the itinerary to meet our needs. They were thoughtful, informative and knowledgable. I would highly recommend this trip. You will learn so much about the wonderful and beautiful Dalmatian coast.
